Nite Moves owner Stephen Dick Jr. has been gaining some national attention as he continues his fight to have stripping recognized as an art form.

Albany strip club and friends of Q103 Nite Moves is arguing that they should be exempt of paying New York state taxes because exotic dancing should be considered a performance art.
