Actor James Franco Spotted In Downtown Albany

There are celebrities afoot in the Capital Region...

Yesterday we told you about a new indie film called 'The Pretenders' holding an open casting call in downtown Albany for “dayplayers and background” actors. Well now there is a pretty distinct reason to believe that the new film, that is scheduled to shoot in to in the Capital Region, might have some big names attached to it.

Yesterday afternoon the TU reported that actor James Franco was spotted on Pearl St. and then photographed having lunch at Yono's Restaurant on Chapel Street.

It just so happens that I have a friend who cooks at Yono's so naturally I hit him up to get me an autograph and mabye a role in James' new film. As it turns out he actually has to "work" while hes at work so I may have to take a different approach at meeting James.
