Men, women, kids, whoever you are that like to fish- there's a pest invading some counties in New York that actually makes for a good fishing bait.  Newyorkupstate.com wrote about 'crazy worms' (an easier name for 'Amynthas agretis') invading northern New York counties including Saratoga and Warren county.  These 'crazy worms' are invasive, and it frankly sound like something out of a horror movie.  They grow to about 8 inches long and jump around (yikes). But, newyorkupstate.com also notes that the worms are are valued as fishing bait.  You can see photos of them and get all the info at newyorkupstate.com ! I for one will stick with my lures.
