Zakk Wylde Brings Sabbath Tribute to The Chance Friday

Guitarist Zakk Wylde (Ozzy Osbourne, Black Label Society) brings his Zakk Sabbath show to The Chance in Poughkeepsie this Friday, Oct. 6 at 9pm.

I got to see Zakk Sabbath for the first time last Oct. when the band opened for Clutch at Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park. The band played a great set of Black Sabbath classics to a crazy, sold out crowd. Zakk Sabbath is a three piece band that features Zakk Wylde on vocals and guitar, Rob "Blasko" Nicholson (Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie) on bass, and drummer Joey Castillo (Queens of the Stone Age, Danzig, Eagles of Death Metal). An after show party will immediately follow the concert next door at the Nuddy Bar and Grill.

Tickets for Zakk Sabbath with special guests: Them Evils this Friday night are $25 and on sale and available through ticketweb.com and the Chance box office at 845-471-1966. This show is expected to sell out.
