Ever since 'X-Men: The Last Stand' offered a brief cinematic rendering of a giant Sentinel robot with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine slicing its head off in the danger room, 'X-Men' fans have been craving a full-body look at these mutant-hunting bots. Thankfully, prayers have been answered as these icons of the comic books have become the forefront of Fox's marketing for 'X-Men: Days of Future Past.'

We've known for a while that Sentinels would play a major part in Bryan Singer's upcoming sequel to 'X-Men: First Class,' but Peter Dinklage only officially revealed he'd be starring as Bolivar Trask, creator of the Sentinels, at the 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' Comic-Con panel. Now, both he and his fictitious Trask Industries are the new face of Fox's viral marketing campaign for the film.

After digging around on the newly launched Trask-Industries.com, first look photos and video footage of his character and Sentinel robots have been revealed, along with this character description:

Even from his early years as a research assistant, Bolivar always maintained a particular interest in the origin and evolution of humanity. Following in the footsteps of Mendel, Watson and Crick, Trask made it his goal to unlock the mysteries of human DNA. What he did not anticipate was the discovery of the X-Gene, a genetic finding that would prove to be the most significant of the 20th century.

Trask soon hypothesized the impending extinction of the human race. His early theories were ridiculed by his contemporaries and with no one to fund his research, Trask cared enough about humanity to invest in the founding of Trask Industries in 1967.

Aside from the robots, the site also revealed that the X-Gene Inhibitor Collar, a device in the comics that blocks mutant abilities, will apparently be making an appearance in 'X-Men: Days of Future Past.' Of course, there are tons more goodies that await to be dug up, including more info on Trask Industries, but you can get your first look at Peter Dinklage as Bolivar Trask below, as well as the first official photos of the Sentinels. Enjoy!
