WWE Star Darren Young Reveals He Is Gay [VIDEO]

The big news flowing through the professional wrestling world is another big breakthrough for the homosexual community. A current WWE television star has reportedly admitted that they are gay.

“During a standard interview at Los Angeles Airport LAX, the (TMZ) cameraman began quizzing Young about his opinions about gay wrestlers, asking if “a gay wrestler could be successful within the WWE.” …Young caught the cameraman off guard by taking the opportunity to reveal that he is gay…"Absolutely. Look at me. I'm a WWE superstar and to be honest with you, I'll tell you right now, I'm gay. And I'm happy. I'm very happy." –FN

Darren Young is not the first openly gay professional wrestler however he is one of the biggest spot lighted performers to come out in the most recent times. What’s comforting about this video is I don’t know if Darren Young had ever pretended to NOT be gay, I just think nobody has ever asked him before on camera. I also love the quote of

It’s comforting that maybe we are finally coming to a point in life where people stop worrying about nonsensical things like what someone’s sexual orientation is and spend more time on things that actually matter.
