UPDATE: Moammar Gadhafi Dead

Reports have been confirmed and former Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi has in fact been killed as a result of an attack on his convoy earlier this morning.

Breaking news this morning out of Libya.  According to the USA Today Moammar Gadhafi has been wounded and captured.  Reports are coming in from all over the place right now, some say that Gadhafi was killed as a result of an attack on his convoy.

UPDATE 11:45am

CNN reports that Gadhafi has in fact been killed.  The interim Libyan Prime Minister, Mahmoud Jibril, confirmed reports of the killing.    Also killed in the attack was one of Gadhafi's sons and one of his high ranking intelligence agents.   Gadhafi was 69 years old and had been the Libyan ruler for more that 4 decades.
