Woman Admits Wrongdoing in Glens Falls Area ‘Kissing Balls’ Case
A woman has admitted to wrongdoing in a case involving kissing balls.
According to The Daily Gazette, the woman by the name of Rebecca Young admitted to stealing three kissing ball holiday decorations from a small local business in Kingsbury on Monday. Police found the suspect with help of security video and social media. State police say the balls were "proudly displayed on the front porch of the residence" as they arrived at the home of Young, 52 of Hebron, NY. She was charged with petit larceny and has a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday.
What are your thoughts on this 'Kissing Balls' case? I have mixed feelings, as it kind of makes me sad for the woman who is probably a nice woman who loves the holiday season and just wanted to get her hands on the decorative holiday balls, despite not having the funds to purchase them. But I also get that stealing is no good.
