Winning Powerball Ticket Sold At Wilton Stewart’s
I was thinking of buying a lottery ticket the other day and had I stopped into the Wilton Stewart’s, a ticket work $48.8 million might be sitting in my safe at home.
Unfortunately I didn’t do so but someone in the Capital District did and although they have yet to come forward, they are now a multi-millionaire. This is the first jackpot Powerball ticket sold in New York State.
The winning numbers were 1-17-38-50-52 and Powerball 24. I would have lost because I only regularly play one of those numbers.
Those winning numbers were drawn Christmas Day – and if you have this ticket please do two things – sign it and keep it someplace safe (like in a safe) and don’t forget that I could budget a million dollars.
I’d pay off my parents and in-laws homes and take the family on a month long vacation in Hawaii. Then make some generous donations to some folks and organizations who need it. So what would you do with a million dollars? Or in this case $48.8 million (in theory) cold hard bucks?
