Happy Cinco de Mayo! On this weeks Free Advice Friday we fill you in on the real reason to celebrate today!

We are excited because not only is today Friday (cheers to the weekend am I right?) but it is also Cinco de Mayo which means we can celebrate all weekend long!

While here in the states Cinco de Mayo is generally associated with tacos and tequila while most Americans mistake the holiday as the Mexican Independence Day that is sooo not the case. In fact the Mexican Independence Day is celebrated on September 16th which commemorates the Cry of Dolores that initiated the war of Mexican independence from Spain.
