Wheelchair Stolen In Albany: What’s Wrong With People?

I don't always get angry about news, but when I do, this is what does it.

I dare you not to be angry after learning about this. An Albany woman had warmed up her daughter's wheelchair in her van, as she can't be in the cold very long. After taking the wheelchair out, she went inside to get her daughter. When she came out, the wheelchair was gone.

Seriously? How low do you have to be to steal someone's wheelchair? Those things aren't cheap, but more importantly, they give the person some amount of freedom back.
