Want To Own Your Own Town?

If you're in the market to buy an entire town, than make your way to Scenic, South Dakota and you could buy the whole place!

How cool would it be to buy a town? Right now it looks like if you have $800,000 you could probably do that. It may be a ghost town, but lets just call it a fixer upper! Scenic, South Dakota is up for sale because the current owner has cancer, and her family wants to take care of her and not worry about the town. Understandable.

Imagine what you could do with your own town!  Would you rename it?  If it wasn't in the middle of no where in South Dakota you may be able to turn it into a possible tourist destination.  Still a pretty cool thing.  I was looking at house, but hey, a whole town sounds pretty damn good.
