Volbeat’s New Single “Cape Of Our Hero” [Video]

Volbeat's new album "Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies" isn't due out until April 9th but we've got the first single "Cape Of Our Hero" for your ears to enjoy in the meantime.

In the clip, it tells the story of a young boy and his all-time favorite hero - his father. The video tells the story of the man looking back on his childhood and how he looked up to his military father. Through the tragedy in the story, it ends on a high note with the man hugging his dad's old uniform.

"Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies" will have King Diamond, Sarah Blackwood, along with a long list of special guest appearing on the highly anticipated follow up to "Beyond Hell/Above Heaven". The album was recorded by the latest addition to the band, former Anthrax guitarist Rob Caggiano. Rob was added to band once recording wrapped up and he left Anthrax.
