Tulip Fest Is Coming And We Need A Queen

The deadline for Tulip Queen nominations is April 1st. There are some requirements you must meet to be nominated. First you need to be a Albany County resident, between the ages 18-23, must have leader ship skills, community outreach goals, and you can't be married. Oh and we believe you have to be a female but don't hold us to that. If you or someone you know meets these stipulations then head over to the Tulip Queen website here and get to the nominating. The this years Tulip Queen will receive a $5000 scholarship and the court members get a $1,500 scholarship. The 65th Tulip Festival is held every year on Mothers Day weekend (May 11-12).
