Troy Will Soon Be Getting Its Very Own Oyster Bar

Seafood lovers rejoice! A new oyster bar is under constriction in Troy!

The dining options in Troy sure are becoming abundant and are giving us quite a few diverse dinner choices. According to the Times Union Table Hopping Blog, it looks like Troy's newest addition is going to be a brand new oyster bar called Plumb Oyster Bar.

Plumb Oyster Bar is currently in the development phase of construction at 15 Second Street, just across the street from Lucas Confectionery. Now at this point, details on the full concept and menu are still coming, but with a name like Plumb Oyster Bar you have got to imagine that oysters on the half shell will be a staple on the menu.
