Troy Food Truck Advances In National ‘Thomas’ Breakfast Battle Competition’

This breakfast sandwich looks ridiculous good!

Troy's very own Slidin' Dirty food truck was one of 50 food trucks from across the country that Thomas' English Muffins asked to participate in their Thomas' Breakfast Battle: Food Truck Edition Competition.

The contest asked 50 food trucks from across the nation to "create signature breakfast recipes featuring Thomas'^® English Muffins or Bagels." The contests runs five rounds over the course of five weeks with voters being allowed to vote once per day. At the end of the five rounds only one recipe will become victorious and score the grand prize of $25,000. Slidin' Dirty isn't the only one with potential to win in this contest either. YOU could instantly win free Thomas' coupons or even the grand prize of $5,000 just for voting!

Slidin' Dirty's breakfast slider is pretty darn mouth watering too. According to TWCNews Slidin' Dirty choce to utilize Thomas' mini bagel to make a 'Corned Beef Hash Slider' in which they:

Grill the bagel, top it with corned beef, provolone, caramelized onion, fried potato pancake and a fried egg, and then a sriracha mustard sauce
