Travers Restaurant Week Begins Around The Capital Region

Full on meals all around the Capital Region for the mere price of $18.64.

This weekend marks the 147th running of the Travers which started wayyyyy back in 1864 and according to News10 is the "the oldest major stakes race in the country for 3-year-olds". In honor of this huge milestone restaurants around the Capital Region will be celebrating leading up to the big race by participating in Travers Restaurant Week and offering special pricing and menus for the occasion.

From Sunday, August 21 through Thursday, August 25 dinners will be able to enjoy a prix-fixe meal at participating Capital Region restaurants at the cost of $18.64 (the year of the inaugural running of the Travers).
