Travel from Albany to Anywhere in World in around 4 Hours

While Surfing the net I came across an article on techabob.com. Reaction Engines Ltd has designed an engine called Sabre that can propel an aircraft from Albany to anywhere in the world in around 4 hours or less.  

The engine is not in mass production but has been built and tested. Plus at the right speed and in lower altitudes where Oxygen is still rich can fuel itself just by flying. Now I'm no scholar so I will not began to try to understand how this works. But would love to spend more time on vacation then going on vacation(if I ever went on vacation).
