The storm is pretty much over and it looks like we got a bit more than expected originally.

By now we have cleared our driveways and shoveled our fair share of snow.  Originally they had said the Capital Region would only be seeing 7-10 inches, but it looks like we got about 16 or so depending on your area.  Our friends in Vermont saw near 36 inches and parts of Massachusetts have almost 2 feet on their hands.

Don't breath a sigh of relief just yet.  Snow showers are expected to hit the area again this weekend and they say a new system could work its way to us sometime next week, but nothing confirmed as of yet.  Global warming my ass.
