Jon Bon Jovi is the frontman for Bon Jovi which he formed back in 1983. Bon Jovi achieved worldwide success with the album Slippery When Wet in 1986. The album spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in the U.S. with hit singles “Livin’ on a Prayer”, “You Give Love a Bad Name”. and “Wanted Dead or Alive”. It is Bon Jovi’s biggest selling album, and one of the best selling albums of all time going 12 times platinum in the U.S. The band released the album New Jersey in 1988 and went on hiatus after the New Jersey Tour. The band returned and released Keep the Faith in 1992. The album Crush in 2000 featured the hit “It’s My Life”.

Bon Jovi's 13th studio album This House Is Not for Sale was released in Nov. 2016 and it would be the first studio to feature the band's new lead guitarist Phil X (replacing Richie Sambora). Bon Jovi's This House Is Not for Sale Tour plays two night's at Madison Square Garden in NYC April 7 and 8. I remember seeing Bon Jovi with Eve 6 at Giant's Stadium in NJ many years ago. I was way up in the cheap seats when someone started creating a stir. Sure enough, the man that would become the future President of the United States, Donald Trump, had walked right by us through the crowd. Not sure where he was going, but he and his entourage were making their way through. I could only assume they were on their way to better seats.
