Super stoked to get these guys coming live here in the Capital Region!

If you are not hip to the UK band The Struts yet, let me make a personal recommendation to you. These guys have been on my radar for awhile now. The guys had only EPs out when they opened up for the Rolling Stones in Paris in front of something like 80,000 people. They were then hand-picked by Motley Crue to open up for them on their final four performances in the U.S.

The first song that caught my attention was "Could've Been Me" whose anthem-like melodies had my feet bouncing from the first beat.

The band has a new full-length album out called "Everybody Wants" which is full of "make you move" glam rock anthems. The whole record is really solid—if it's not in your collection yet I suggest you add it immediately and put in on repeat awhile.

These dudes have been described as "unabashedly over the top retro-fetishist classic rock,""glamorous and dangerous," and as "having a chance to spark a real rock revival with their hooky glam sound, which manages to pay tribute to the classics, while remaining impeccably modern" to give you an idea of what you are in store for.

If you're already a fan I know you'll be just as stoked as I am to learn that The Struts will be coming to the Capital Region this summer. The band is scheduled to play Upstate Concert Hall on July 21, 2016 on their "Dirty Sexy Summer" tour with Dorothy.
