This video is pretty bad ass.

Mad props to Blabbermouth for bringing this epic profile to my attention this afternoon.

The Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American History has an exhibit going on called Places of Invention which they describe as:

Places of Invention takes visitors on a journey through time and place across America to discover the stories of people who lived, worked, played, collaborated, adapted, took risks, solved problems, and sometimes failed—all in the pursuit of something new. The exhibition features six communities representing what can happen when the right mix of inventive people, resources, and inspiring surroundings come together

Recently they posted a profile of Anthrax called "How New York of the '80s Helped Influence Anthrax to Create East Coast Thrash," on the exhibit's interactive online map which you can watch totally right NOW!

Not only is Anthrax celebrating their 35th anniversary this year and dropping their new album "For All Kings" for us on February 26th but they're coming to play for us at the Schaghticoke Fairgrounds during ROCK'N DERBY May 20th-22nd! Get Your tickets and check out the festivities HERE!

As an added bonus here's a piece of Anthrax trivia for you today, if you find yourself traveling west on the thruway on a Friday or Saturday evening give yourself some time for a stop in Syracuse. You might just catch Joey Belladonna playing in his cover band Chief Big Way

Seriously I've seen it. And it is AWESOME!
