Don't freak out too much- it's not the real show with Drew Carey and his beauties and plethora of highly-desired prizes, but it is pretty darn close.

On May 31 the traveling show 'The Price Is Right' Live! will be stopping in Albany and you can be a part of the audience. Every individual present will have the same chance of getting chosen to play (you must pre-register), just as they do in the LA version.

The show will be set at Albany's Palace Theatre at 7:30 pm. The lucky contestants who get to play on stage will compete for vacations, cash and prizes including cars! It's just like the real show and you will even play the same games as they have on television- maybe even your favorite and mine- Plinko. Those chosen will also have the opportunity to spin the famous wheel and make it to the showcase round.

I have never heard of this before but it has been making 'The Price Is Right' fans dreams come true for almost nine years now. Collectively, over 10 million dollars in cash and prizes has been given away to those who have played.

Now that you know all the details, here's what you have to do in order to be chosen to play. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 29 and range from $32.75 to $52.75- you MUST have a ticket in order to be picked and to even get in the door. If you want to watch but not play, all you need is a ticket. However, if you want a chance to "come on down," you need to buy a ticket AND you have to pre-register for the show, which can be done here. I would pre-register immediately after buying tickets. It will make it a lot easier and then you don't have to worry about forgetting to do so. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO PRE-REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE ON STAGE.

If you have watched the show most of your life and have always wanted to be a part of it, now is your chance. Do not wait to get your tickets, as most cities nearly sell out. Go here to do so or they can be purchased via the Palace Theatre box office. Good luck!
