Who among us can't resist the allure of a diner on a Sunday morning. I have a feeling that the answer is 'no one'. That's the kind of craving I was having this weekend, so I decided to hit up a spot that has been around since as long as I can remember. The East Greenbush diner. This place is all the classic stuff you love about diners.

Now, like I said before, I hit this place up for breakfast. It's hard not to order breakfast from a diner, even if you're there at dinner time. One of the most important things to me about a diner breakfast is the coffee. It can't be burnt, and they have to hit you with those refills. They did, and no, it wasn't burnt either. Needless to say, I had my fill of caffeine.

For breakfast, it was a pancake kind of day. The 'deluxe breakfast' is some of the best diner value that I have seen. Three huge pancakes, eggs, and a sausage is how I had it done. You could also get french toast or waffles, and bacon or ham as your meat. Any option you choose, it's a win, win situation.

So if your in the mood for some fantastic food, and a place that will go easy on your wallet, hit the East Greenbish diner. Good food, great atmosphere. Could you ask for anything more?
