The Lizard Squad caused chaos over the holidays by DDoSing the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live and now the FBI have found one of the members.

It's been pretty big news since the holiday that a group called the Lizard Squad DDoSed the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live so badly that they were down for a few days. Now, one of the "spokespersons" from the group has come forward and promptly landed himself in jail. Polygon reports that 17-year-old Ryan was arrested earlier this week and remains in jail although other sources report that he was released. Finland's National Bureau of Investigation was the one who brought him in for questioning. Ryan now faces four months to four years in prison if found guilty.

It has been surmised that the attacks originated in Finland, but that the investigation is still in its early stages. Ryan was originally questioned because he showed up on Sky News to brag about the attack. "He said the group -- which includes members younger than 20 -- treated the attack as a sort of game." Ryan claims that he wasn't directly involved with the hacks and instead was just a spokesperson.

Since the investigation is ongoing, there doesn't seem to be any other details surrounding the case that have been revealed. We'll just have to wait and see if anyone else from the Lizard Squad is as forthcoming with information as Ryan was.
