It’s not been a good year for Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin. After starting the year with a cocaine possession charge, the vocalist was arrested again today (Sept. 4) after getting into an argument with a flight attendant that led to an emergency landing.

Happy 4th of July to Puddle Of Mudd front man Wes Scantlin, who yesterday pleaded guilty to cocaine possession. He won't however be going to jail unless he screws up. Scantlin was charged with a felony in April along with two misdemeanors of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

The bad news continues to pile on for Puddle of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin. As previously reported back in January, Scantlin was pulled over in Culver City, Calif. for a simple traffic violation. After showing signs of intoxication, his car was searched and a “controlled substance” was reportedly found, leading to his arrest.

It looks like Puddle of Mudd front man Wes Scantlin has been having a little too much touring and playing music that he has neglected some very important things- like paying taxes. It was recently discovered that the blonde rock star owes a combined California state and federal tax debt of around $60,000.

Wes Scantlin lead singer of Puddle of Mudd announced that he is divorcing his wife of 3 years.   Divorce papers were filed seeking to end his marriage to model / actress Jessical Nicole Scantlin, they were married in January 2008.
