For the first time since 1972 the Boston Bruins are the Stanley Cup champions.  The championship dreams of the Vancouver Canucks are once again halted.

Alright sports fans, even if you’re not into hockey, you must have some appreciation for a game 7. And although the home team has won every game in this series, I think the Bruins will break the chain in Vancouver tonight.

Game 6 went the way the Boston Bruins wanted it too last night.  They beat the Vancouver Canucks 5-2 to force game 7 on Wednesday night.

We are heading into the championships of both the NBA and NHL seasons and while some teams are finding success, others are struggling at the tail end.
