Late last week, Northern Lights announced that the lights are out and the new name of the concert venue is called Upstate Concert Hall. The first show, the venue announces under the new name is a low dough show. Q103 presents Fuel at Upstate Concert Hall June 22nd. The first 103 tickets will only be $1.03!
