The Q103 Q-Ruption 2012 is the Rockstar Energy UPROAR Festival, September 1st at Saratoga Performing Arts Center featuring Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, Adelita's Way, P.O.D, many others and YOUR band. We're in search for the best unsigned homegrown Capital Region band to open the biggest rock show this summer and the chance to tour with the UPROAR Festival in 2013.
