Since Michigan rock quintet Pop Evil released their second studio album War Of Angels a year and a half ago, their lives have been an upward whirlwind of touring, interviews, fame and popularity. The Q103 Q-Ruption is the Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival and it pulls into the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in less than a month on September 1st. Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, Adelita's Way and many others will be performing on 3 stages. A unsigned local band will also play the Q-Ruption stage but they will have to battle it out. More than 25 bands from the Capital Region have entered this bad ass contest, find out who they are and where they stand.
