It's almost time to spring forward for Daylight Saving Time. But when do we change clocks and which way do they go?

Meet Oskaar. He lives in Reykjavik, Iceland's capital and largest city. While Reykjavik may have the hustle and bustle of a big city, one thing it lacks is light. More specifically, it lacks sunlight.

Sunday morning 2am, daylight saving time begins and remember to set your clocks ahead one hour. That means grumpy mornings for the next week as we adjust to the fact that we will lose one hour of precious sleep. Isn't time to end this crap of setting clocks forward and back?
