Flying High at Glenville Museum

Museum officials are flying high as the Empire State Aerosciences Museum in Glenville are receiving a trio of historical aircraft from the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York City. The aircraft need to relocate in order to make room for the Space Shuttle Enterprise that is coming from the Smithsonian in Washington.

NASA‘s space shuttle Endeavor lifted-off for the last time this morning in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The launch took place at 8:56 am from launch pad 39A of the Kennedy Space Center, after some initial delays and mechanical problems that postponed the launch for two weeks.
