ESPN has played many a band's music over the years as part of highlight packages and intro and exit music from commercials, but next year they'll have some specifically commissioned music from Soulfly frontman Max Cavalera as the musician will pen songs for their World Cup coverage.

The new band has been dubbed Killer Be Killed, and the group have finally released some juicy details on their 2014 debut album.

As Soulfly near the finish line to the release of their new disc ‘Savages,’ the band has unveiled the album artwork, track listing, and most recently shared a lyric video for the record's first single, 'Bloodshed.'
It may be hard to believe, but Max Cavalera has been in Soulfly longer than he was in Sepultura. Soulfly are hard at work on their ninth studio album, and have released a video documenting its progress. (watch above). It shows the band in the studio and features brief snippets of new music.
Director Thomas Mignone has worked with a number of rockers over the years and now several of them are lining up to help the video auteur with his upcoming feature film project. Mignone is overseeing a biopic on '70s and '80s porn star Vanessa Del Rio, with Soulfly's Max Cavalera recently signing on to work on music for the movie, while Glenn Danzig has agreed to take on a role in the film.

Max Cavalera of Sepultura and Soulfly has his autobiography coming out in 2012. It will include some stories by fellow musicians and the books foreword will even be written by the Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl.
