The Q103 Q-Ruption is the Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival and it pulls into the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on September 1st. Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, Adelita's Way and many others will be performing on 3 stages. There will also be a unsigned local band that will also play the Q-Ruption stage. Currently there are more than 15 bands from the Capital Region have entered this bad ass contest, find out who they are and where they stand.
