The NFL released the 2012-2013 season schedules last night at 7pm. All regional teams have some great story lines, and many games are placed in prime time. The season starts on Wednesday, Sept 5th, with the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants. Which team do you think has the easiest schedule to get to New Orleans for Super Bowl XLVII?
As you and I sit down today to watch the AFC and NFC championship games, a few NFL'ers who won't even be in the game, will be getting the biggest shaft of all. These guys will have that awful feeling of a wretched stomach churn when they watch two teams march to the Super Bowl later this evening.
The New England Patriots totally dismantled the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football last night by a score of 34-3. Tom Brady was able to hook up with tight end Rob Gronkowski twice and on his second touchdown of the night he flew over a couple Kansas City defensive players to score for the Patriots. Gronkowski is a big guy and proved last night that he is tough to tackle.
The Giants have made it a habit to beat the New England Patriots at the last second. Giants win again in what was dubbed a rematch of Super Bowl XLII, 24-20.
The 2007 Super Bowl has been called one of the best Super Bowls, if not the best Super Bowl of all time. The Giants ruined the Pats dreams of an undefeated season with a huge underdog victory. This Sunday, it's a rematch between the two.
Yes, I know it’s only preseason. But it’s week 3 of the preseason. That special week where starters often play into the 3rd quarter and you can really start to get a feel for what your team is going to look like this year.
Yes, I know the Packers will make every attempt to defend their title. Yes, I know the Philadelphia Eagles have already been dubbed as the ‘Dream team’. But I really like what I saw with Jason Garrett as head coach last year.
Now that the NFL is in full swing and the regular season right around the corner, ol' Monte took at look at this year's odds for each team to win Super Bowl XLVI. After all of the off-season moves that teams like the Patriots and Eagles have made, seeing them at the top is no surprise, however, the early season favorites haven't panned out in recent years. The odds just may surprise you!

This weekend is the divisional round of the NFL playoffs and man are there some great match ups, particularly in the AFC. Don't knock the NFC just yet, I am willing to bet those games will be exciting in their own way.
