Police are asking for the public help in finding a missing teen from East Greenbush. Hannah Smith 16, was last seen New Years Day and may now be in New York City or New Jersey. She is 5'5", weighs about 115 lbs. with brown hair and green eyes. She may also may be a need for medical attention. The community plans to do a poster blitz on Saturday and you can help.
