'Spy Kids' doesn't exactly qualify as action movie experience, but as Miley Cyrus and Lindsay Lohan remind us with their daily shenanigans, everyone has to grow up at some point... And boy, Vega did indeed grow up. We've got the official debut pic of her in 'Machete Kills.'
