The Q103 Q-Ruption is the Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival and it pulls into the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in less than a month on September 1st. Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach, Adelita's Way and many others will be performing on 3 stages. A unsigned local band will also play the Q-Ruption stage but they will have to battle it out.
