Although Jesse Leach has been killing it with Killswitch Engage ever since his return to the band last year, it's safe to say that the voice of Howard Jones is sorely missed in the rock world. Jones left Killswitch Engage so he could manage his Type 2 Diabetes more efficiently, among other reasons. He has been jamming with his old math core band Blood Has Been Shed, but now it's been reported that Jones is working on yet another project with members of All Shall Perish and Devolved.

It's been about a month since Massachusetts quintet (current quartet) Killswitch Engage announced that long time vocalist Howard Jones would be leaving the band, and so far they have been hush-hush about a replacement. However, former front man Jesse Leach hinted that he might be reuniting with the band after a decade apart. Today, it was visually confirmed that the rumors are true- Leach has rejoined the band.

A few days ago, the sad news that Killswitch Engage front man Howard Jones was parting ways with the band was announced, and it definitely sucks, for lack of a better term. Today, Jones released a statement regarding his decision to leave the band after 10 years, and having a reason definitely softens the blow a bit, because often times band members just split with no explanation, which damages not only their band, but also that person.
