I don't know much about Finland. I think it's near Denmark, or Sweden, or maybe both. They probably export something I use everyday, but as far as I'm concerned, their biggest contribution is wife-carrying competitions.

Over the weekend, Aerosmith's Steven Tyler found himself in the same Helsinki hotel as pop star Miley Cyrus. In the middle of the night, he decided to pay a visit to her hotel room and record the whole thing. For some reason, he did so why talking in an Elmer Fudd voice.

I've never heard of this either, and I can't believe it even exists, but it does. Yes, there really is a competition for those with a talent for playing the air guitar. Apparently it's taken very seriously too, because the winner goes on to Oulu, Finland to compete against other champions from other parts of the world.

The Finnish group is up for Metal Album of the Year at Emma Gaala, the Finnish Grammy's.
