Drug Sniffing Dog

Genius is the only word I can use to describe Kelly Simpson, a 48 year old man who puts the people you see on "Stupid Criminals" TV shows to absolute shame.  Simpson is accused of petting a drug-sniffing police dog, while he had marijuana in his pocket.
