If you bought any pig ear treats for your dog from Amazon anytime from April through August you need to check them and possibly throw them out.

A national announcement was made recalling dog treats after an animal was made sick.  According to News 10 abc, multiple dog treats, including Castor & Pollux 'Good Buddy' and Merrick's 'Backcountry' dog treats.  It was reported that the treats were found to have high levels of beef thyroid hormone, and the sickened dog improved after stopping the treats.  ...
