Clearly, this was something I had to read. Then try and research. The post on Albany.com focuses on the potential move of the Capital to New York City, and states that plans are underway, but it didn’t really give me any actual facts...

Another winter system has moved in and is once again loading up the Capital Region and it's surrounding areas with snow. Be prepared for a messy morning commute and expect many closings and delays.
