We have all done things in the past that we would love to forget. But how often is it that an entire city produces something that so embarrassing that it can still haunt its residents almost 30 years later.
The New York State Legislature currently has a bill in front of them that would make it illegal to "annoy an officer of the law" and it could have some grave consequences for those found guilty.

Every time Free Beer + Hot Wings are in Albany, it's always a packed house. This morning (4/26) the guys are doing a live show from Clubhouse Race Book on Central Ave. The live broadcast hit the air at 6AM and within minutes FBHW had the crowd laughing. There are many things that can be seen floating down the Hudson River but it isn't every day that you see an enormous styrofoam head just floating along. The Latham Circle Mall has become a piece of local culture ever since it started it's spiral of decline and became an infamous 'dead mall' - well, now it's really dead - gone. Many people who work here hold a special love for this unfortunate mall, as our studios were once located on the upper level. Actually there were a lot of things that used to be there, like stores, people, you know - stuff.
So apparently the women who work at an Albany area spa aren't there to see your junk, as evidenced by a man being arrested for doing just that. However he did call it a 'skin condition' which perhaps technical it is, but still not really something they can help with at the spa.
