HBO Films Muhammad Ali Movie in Albany Area Today & Tomorrow

This is the 4th time since 2009 that a movie is being filmed in the area. Add the new HBO film 'Muhammad Ali's Greatest Fight' to 'Salt', 'The Other Guys', and 'The Place Beyond the Pines' to the list of films being shot in the Capital Region. Thursday scene shooting will take place around Albany's Education Building as well as the Greyhound Bus Station, then on Friday producers will be in Schenectady's Stockade area. There will be many road closures.

As you might have heard President Obama visited a rainy Capital Region today. This visit was his third in the area and he toured the University of Albany Nanoscale Science and Engineering. The President traveled from Washington D.C. to Albany aboard Airforce One, and it is quite impressive having that plane land in our backyard. Watch the Video.
