It's summertime which means it's time to lather up in sunscreen in hopes of not getting burned. The spray version feels sticky and the lotion can feel like a thick film on your skin. What if there was an easier way for you to get sun protection? What if all you had to do was drink it?

Osmosis Skincare say their Harmonised H20 UV, which is a drinkable sunscreen, is the answer. Once ingested you will have up to 30 SPF protection canceling out nearly 97 percent of UVA and UVB rays.

The product is on sale now for around $28 (US) with two versions available; tanning and non-tanning. Tanning allows you to get a tan while also being protected from the sun's rays.

So how does it work? According for the product's website you should drink the sunscreen and wait one hour before going out into the sun. From there, take the second dose three hours later.

One thing should be noted: none of the claims from the company about the product have been approved by the Federal Drugs Agency, so take it for what you will.
