Sully Erna Rocks Albany Tuesday Night
Q103 Welcomes Sully Erna of Godsmack to The Egg in Albany this Tuesday night, Nov. 22 at 8pm.
Sully Erna is on his Fall U.S. 2016 solo tour in support of his second solo album Hometown Life which was released back in September. His first solo album Avalon was released in 2010. Godsmack formed out of Lawrence, Massachusetts in 1995. The band, led by founder and frontman Sully Erna, has released six studio albums and one EP. They’ve had three consecutive number 1 albums on the Billboard 200 and many rock hits. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1998 and sold 4 million copies in the U.S. with singles ‘Whatever’, ‘Keep Away’, and ‘Voodoo’. The band has played major tours and festivals over the years including Ozzfest on more than one occasion, and they have headlined their own arena tours. The band’s music has often been compared to Alice in Chains, a band that Godsmack has cited as a major influence. Godsmack’s last studio album 1000hp was released in 2014. Get ready for a great rock show on Tuesday! Congrats to everyone that scored free tickets from Q103.
