Duanesburg Central parents are a little ticked over a state survey regarding gambling, drugs and alcohol that was given to students without notice or an option to opt out back in May. 

"Have you ever committed a crime with a vehicle?" was one of many questions asked to seventh and eighth graders in the sleepy town just west of Albany.

"I mean we're talking about seventh and eighth graders. We're not speaking about seniors in high school," one parent commented to News10 after the above question, among others, were presented to his 12-year-old daughter.
