It's been a while since Staind has been on tour or for that fact anywhere in the Capital Region. After releasing their seventh studio album in September featuring the hit 'Not Again', Staind is back on the road and one of the stops before they begin a US and World Tour is the Q103 Thanksgiving Hangover November 26th at the Washington Avenue Armory 7pm.   When Staind lead singer Aaron Lewis stopped by the Q103 studios in late August to promote a  charity event in Boston and the new Staind album, he mentioned that the band would love to play a holiday show for Q103.   They lived up to their promise and it is now official - Staind is the headliner for the Q103 Thanksgiving Hangover.   Tickets are $25 , $35 on day of, and go on sale Friday October 21st at www.ticketfly.com. Q-Army soldiers will get special pre-sale links to buy tickets before they go on sale to public.

If their new album is any indication, Staind is back and back to their roots.  Not since Mudshovel launched the band 15 years ago has Staind created music like this.  In fact Aaron Lewis says this is the heaviest collections of song they have ever put together.

After the Turkey, the booze  and awkward moments with relatives, cure your Thanksgiving Hangover with Staind live in concert at the Washington Avenue Armory.  Keep listening to Q103 as we'll be adding more bands to the lineup once they are confirmed.   Click for more information.
