Stabbed in the Back: Fight at Restaurant

A fight broke out in the kitchen of Circus Cafe in Saratoga on Monday evening. According to police and News Channel 13 the altercation was between two employees in the kitchen.

The accused man, David Hernandez, got into a fight with another employee and allegedly punched the man and then stabbed him in the back with a kitchen cleaver. Despite the restaurant being filled with diners at the time of the fight no one else was injured.

The stabbed man is in stable condition. Hernandez was arrested and will be brought to court on Tuesday.
